1. Information Source & Authenticity: All details, images, prices, packages, and descriptions related to catering, banquet halls, marriage gardens, hotels, resorts, or photographers on Eventickrs are directly uploaded and managed by the independent Vendors themselves.
2. Platform Role: Eventickrs acts strictly as a technology marketplace platform connecting users with third-party service vendors. We do not personally upload, create, or modify vendor information.
3. Non-Liability Clause: If the actual service delivered by the vendor differs from what was displayed on the platform, or if there is any shortfall/cancellation in service quality, Eventickrs holds no legal or financial liability. Users are advised to inspect services independently prior to making final event commitments.
1. जानकारी का स्रोत: हमारी वेबसाइट Eventickrs पर दिखाई गई किसी भी सर्विस (जैसे: कैटरिंग, मैरिज गार्डन, बैंकवेट हॉल, होटल, रिसॉर्ट, फोटोग्राफर आदि) की तस्वीरें, रेट्स और सुविधाएं सीधे वेंडर्स (Vendors) द्वारा अपलोड की जाती हैं।
2. प्लेटफॉर्म की भूमिका: हमारी कंपनी (Eventickrs) इन जानकारियों को खुद अपलोड या वेरीफाई नहीं करती है। हम केवल यूजर और वेंडर को आपस में जोड़ने का माध्यम (Platform) हैं।
3. जवाबदारी/जिम्मेदारी से मुक्ति: यदि वेंडर द्वारा दी गई सर्विस में कोई कमी पाई जाती है, या रियल में दी गई सर्विस वेबसाइट पर अपलोड की गई जानकारी से भिन्न होती है, तो इसमें **Eventickrs प्लेटफॉर्म की कोई कानूनी या वित्तीय जवाबदारी (Liability) नहीं होगी**। बुकिंग से पहले उपयोगकर्ता स्वयं सभी विवरणों की जांच कर लें।
